Each percentage is our estimate of the chance that a boxer's next opponent is the person named, not the chance of winning. An officially booked fight is 92%, a credible report of an agreed fight is 70%, and sanctioning-body orders, talks and boxers' own claims get lower figures. Each boxer's options and the field add up to 100%.

Are these official boxing rankings?

No. Belts are labelled by the body that awards them (WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO or The Ring). The order of boxers on NextSmash is our own list, not an official ranking.

Where does the boxing data come from?

Bookings and reports come from sanctioning bodies, promoters and news outlets, linked on each page. Records and last fights come from Wikipedia. We do not use BoxRec data. Checked 2 Oct 2026.
